COMAL Mexican Restaurant Supplies is a woman own and family operated manufacturing company since it opened its doors on April 1, 1987. Since the first day of operation, COMAL has specialized in bringing hard to find cookware items and new ideas to the restaurant market. We are the leading manufacturers in Mexico of fajita skillets, under liners and charcoal and alcohol grills.

We also specialize on thermal stone molcajetes and plastic injection products. We have a steel pouring plant in El Carmen Nuevo Leon, Mexico which allows us to provide the market with multiple products that will never be phased out.

Our mission

We can customize and manufacture different sizes and unique styles upon request. We also have a carpentry shop that provides long lasting wood finishes of the highest quality. Our plastic injection and sheet metal shops are located in Monterrey, Mexico and they provide all of our many different sizes and styles of skillet liners, charcoal and alcohol grills, salsa bowls, chip baskets, and tortilla holders.

We are continuously expanding our business with customers in many areas of Mexico and the United States. In order to provide a faster service, our corporate offices and distribution centers are strategically located in Houston Texas and Monterrey Mexico.
